NEED SUMMER SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS
SUMMER SUNDAY SCHOOL STARTS JUNE 6 AND WE WILL NEED TEACHERS FOR ALL AGES! Please pray and ask God if he is inviting you into this wonderful ministry of teaching others about being in relationship with Jesus. If you feel He is calling you, please contact Berta Pitzer at 428-8839 or berta.pitzer@lampstandpc.org .
Remember that God doesn’t call the equipped, He equips the called.

Dinner on Wednesday at 5pm
Each Wednesday from 5-6p before Bible Study we are serving supper in the Atrium. The cost is by donation. Please mark the number attending to the far right of your name on the register. If you would be willing to help prepare and serve meals, please

New Sunday School Class starting
MEN ONLY! Mark the Date! There’s a new Sunday School Class
starting April 11th at 9:15 a.m. led by Jon Robinson based on the
book, “Why Men Hate Going to Church” by David Murrow. Come
and discover why some men hate going to church….are you one of
them?

CANTATA PRACTICE
“The Power of the Cross” Cantata will be presented May 23, 2010 on
Pentecost Sunday. This is an open invitation for all who love to sing, to
come join us! We will kick off practices with a Mini-Retreat on Saturday,
April 17th from 11 am—1 pm in the Conference Room. FOOD IS
INVOLVED! We’ll have some ‘get-to-know-you” fun, eat some pizza,
and sing through the Cantata. Practices will continue for 6 weeks either
on Wednesday or Sunday evenings. See Michele Slunder to sign up

Mission Trip 2010 - Lockport NY
Any youth interested in going on the Mission trip please contact Cathy having (433-5764) or Dave Haycraft (620-9769)

2nd Sunday Choir
If you love to sing join the 2nd Sunday Choir. We sing the 2nd Sunday of each month at the traditional service at 9:15am. Practice is at 7pm on Tuesday before the 2nd Sunday and another practice at 8:30am on Sunday before the service. Please contact Michele Slunder (330-6134) if you would like to join!

Kroger Cards
3% of all purchases are given to the Lampstand Church Youth group. This money is used by the Youth for their annual mission trip and other activites during the year. The cards cost $10 and then you can load them in any amount as many times as you want throughout the year at Krogers.
